1:1 coaching is for people who want a plan built around their real life — schedule, food preferences, travel, stress, and time constraints — with direct support and accountability.

  • You want results without living in the gym (minimal time, maximum ROI).
  • You want flexibility — you’re not trying to cut out foods you love forever.
  • You’re coachable: willing to follow a plan, communicate honestly, and adjust based on data (not emotions).
  • You want direct feedback and accountability so you stop “starting over.”
